MOULD AIR QUALITY TESTING

We are now able to offer mould air testing for the home. Our tests detect actively growing mold by determining Mould VOCs (MVOCs) which are produced as mould grows. The sample obtained is sent to an accredited laboratory that has been successful in pioneering this type of advanced sampling technology. Please contact us for a quote, the price is dependent on where you are located and if we have an environmental practitioner available to undertake the testing. We produce a comprehensive report once the sample has been analysed.

Mould testing can be combined with a damp survey or other services we offer such as HHSRS assessment or housing disrepair survey.
